Delhi Daredevils beat Mumbai Indians by 10 runs as their bowlers expertly defused Mumbai’s chase through a combination of wily legspin in the middle overs and well-executed death bowling at the end.

Amit Mishra’s googly remained a mystery to opposition batsmen, accounting for both Ambati Rayudu and Jos Buttler. He frequently deceived the other batsmen too, who quickly resolved to play him with respect. Imran Tahir, while less threatening, also managed to keep the batsmen quiet, before Chris Morris and Zaheer Khan bowled an excellent last three overs to bring home the 10-run win.
