Krishnappa Gowtham announces retirement from cricket

India and Karnataka all-rounder Krishnappa Gowtham announced his retirement from all forms of the game on Monday (December 22). Krishnappa Gowtham was one of the domestic cricket giants with a 14-year journey in professional cricket.

The 37-year-old has represented India only in one ODI, but he has enjoyed great success with Karnataka across the formats in domestic cricket. Additionally, the bowling all-rounder also represented iconic franchises in the Indian Premier League (IPL).

Krishnappa Gowtham announces retirement from the game

Gowtham has not played any competitive cricket since September 2024, but he was involved in the game as a cricket pundit with Star Sports. Now, he has officially called time on his playing career.
