But the Dispute Resolution Committee (DRC) will not reportedly hear their case. The rules clearly say it cannot act as an appeal against any ICC decision, which means Bangladesh has no legal option to force the T20 World Cup 2026 matches to move out of India.

The T20 World Cup 2026 will go on as planned in India and Sri Lanka. Bangladesh must now decide either send their team to India under ICC security or miss the tournament entirely.
