St Kitts and Nevis Patriots are one of the youngest franchises of the Caribbean Premiere League. The franchise came into picture in the year 2015 and was the replacement of the team from Antigua. The new franchise is based out of Saint Kitts and Nevis and plays its home matches in the Warner Park, Basseterre located in Saint Kitts. The team till date has not had a good season in the CPL and will be looking to change it soon.
Participation in the Caribbean Premiere League
The St Kitts and Nevis Patriots played their 1st season as a team in CPL in the year 2015. It was one of the forgettable seasons for the franchise as the new born team found it difficult against the teams. They ended up at the last position in the league table as they ended up winning only 4 matches out of 10. They were in the last spot for not having good net run rate.
The year 2016 got even worse for the franchise as they again finished last but this time winning only 2 out of 10 they played.
