Sydney: The third day of the third Test between Australia and the West Indies was abandoned due to persistent rain in Sydney on Tuesday.(Scorecard)
There was no play throughout the day with the pitch and surrounds under the covers.
Only 11.2 overs had been possible on Monday, with the West Indies 248 for seven with Denesh Ramdin on 30 and Kemar Roach yet to score.
