Haider Ali, Haris Rauf and Shadab Khan’s participation in Pakistan’s tour of England is in doubt after all three tested positive for Covid-19.
The players had shown no symptoms until they were tested in Rawalpindi on Sunday ahead of the tour that is due to begin in August. All three were in line to play in the white-ball leg of the campaign.
