Indian player tests positive for Covid-19, second T20I postponed by a day

Eight close contacts of the player, all from the Indian contingent, are in isolation

The second T20I between Sri Lanka and India, scheduled for Tuesday evening, has been postponed by a day – the reason, as ESPNcricinfo has learnt, is that an Indian cricketer has tested positive for Covid-19. It is believed that eight close contacts of the player, all from the Indian contingent, are in isolation.
