According to PCB spokeswoman, the camp is organized keeping in view the future commitments of Pakistan cricket team.
The national high performance camp began here at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) on Monday.
Twenty-seven players, including some members of Pakistan’s national team, are attending the camp that will continue for around 10 weeks.
“The camp has been organised keeping in view the future commitments of national team where the players would be trained under the supervision of NCA coaches,” a Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) spokesman said on Monday.
On the first two days of the camp, the players will be undergoing one-on-one sessions with NCA coaches where they will work on data collection related to the players.
The players will undergo practice sessions from Wednesday.

Openers: Sami Aslam, Fakhar Zaman, Imam-ul-Haq, Sahibzada Farhan
Middle-order batsmen: Umar Amin, Haris Sohail, Usman Salahuddin, Asif Zakir, Umar Akmal
Fast bowlers: Usman Shinwari, Sameen Gul, Mohammad Irfan, Mir Hamza, Rumman Raees
Spinners: Mohammad Asghar, Shadab Khan, Bilal Asif, Mohammad Irfan, Usama Mir
Fast bowling all-rounders: Amir Yamin, Fahim Ashraf, Ammad Butt, Hussain Talat
Spin bowling all-rounders: Mohammad Nawaz, Agha Salman
Wicket-keepers: Mohammad Rizwan, Mohammad Hasan.
