Vipendra also claimed that Shailesh Singh snatched his phone so that he could not make contact with anyone. The police have begun an investigation based on the complaint. Action will be taken after the investigation, based on its outcomes.

Vipendra Singh Tomar was the newly appointed employee in the house

According to the written complaint filed by the cook, Vipendra Singh Tomar, he was recently hired for a new job as the cook at the former police officer’s Nilbad bungalow, with a monthly salary of only INR 15,000 and other benefits such as free lodging and food. It is also claimed that he was promised a government job as well.

Vipendra Singh Tomar started to face difficulties soon after taking over the job. In fact, according to the media reports, the complaint was filed with the police station within hours of taking up the job. It is assumed that the situation quickly went against Vipendra Singh Tomar due to the quality of food he prepared.

The case has been filed under the relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS): Section 296(B) Obscene acts and public verbal abuse; Section 115(2) Voluntarily causing hurt/assault and Section 3(5) Joint criminal liability (acts done by multiple people with common intention).

A driver is also allegedly involved in harassing Vipendra Singh Tomar

It is also reported that after conducting a medical examination by the police, visible injury marks on the victim’s face and body were discovered. According to news agency ANI, along with the father-son duo, their driver also joined them and assaulted him brutally. Vipendra went inside a room to protect himself, but they opened the door and started to assault him.

“In a bid to protect himself, he locked himself inside a room. However, the father-son duo, alongside their driver, allegedly opened the door and brutally assaulted him. A subsequent medical examination conducted by the police confirmed visible injury marks on the victim’s face and body,” according to an ANI report, published on June 30.
