Abhishek Sharma drops SITTER of Gareth Delany in IND vs IRE 1st T20I

Abhishek Sharma drops an absolute sitter in the ongoing India vs Ireland 1st T20I match in Belfast. On the sixth delivery of the 11th over of the first innings, Ireland batter Gareth Delany went against the Indian spinner Axar Patel for a big shot, but he miscued it.

As a result, the ball went high in the air, but could not get the distance to cover the rope. Abhishek Sharma was right there, under the ball to take it. Might be because of distraction, he dropped the simple chance.

Abhishek Sharma and Arshdeep Singh both went for the catch

Arshdeep Singh, who was posted at the long-on, rushed to take the catch at long-off. Abhishek Sharma came first to take the catch, but might have been distracted by the movement of Arshdeep and dropped the chance. In the meantime, Ireland stole a single.
