Toss Ireland opt to bowl v India
Right-arm pacer Siddarth Kaul received his maiden India cap ahead of their second T20I against Ireland, as the visitors made four changes to the side that won the first game between the two teams. At the toss, Ireland, trailing 1-0 following a 76-run defeat on Wednesday, chose to bowl on a day when the Malahide surface displayed a uniform shade of green.
Captain Gary Wilson announced that top-order batsman William Porterfield returned for Ireland in the place of wicketkeeper Stuart Poynter. That means Wilson will also don the gloves behind the stumps.
